Cleaning Recipes
Carpet Cleaning (for carpet cleaner machines)1 gallon hot tap water
2 oz. Basic H2
1 tsp Nature Bright
For a germ killing carpet cleaner. Reduce Basic H2 to 1 oz and add 1 oz of Germicide. I have two large dogs that drag in everything from outside. So in my family room I will use the germicide to clean my carpets. All other lower flow traffic carpets I don't add the germicide.
**Note if you carpets are stain guarded do not use this as the Basic H2 can remove the carpet treatment.
Spot stain removerBasic H2
Toothbrush
Apply Basic H2 directly to spot use toothbrush and finger to rub Basic H2 into the area. Rinse with water or damp cloth
*Always test for color fastness prior to using)
Coffee Maker CleanerBasic H2
Dilute 1/8 tsp. in water, run coffee maker through cycle. Rinse pot out twice before using.
Wild H (Cleaner for Real Challenges)1 Tbl. Dish Wash Powder (dissolve in hot water)
1 Tbl. Basic H2
1 Tbl. Fresh Laundry
Mix together in a 16 oz. spray bottle, fill with water.
Fabric Refresher and DeWrinkle Spray
16 oz of water
1 Tbl. Fresh Laundry Fabric Softener
Mix together in a spray bottle and shake. Spray on clothes to freshen or spray clothes and hang to remove wrinkles.
This is great if you are traveling just take and empty spray bottle with you and pack the 1Tbl spoon of the fabric softener in your liquid bag. When you get to the hotel mix together. I love this when I am traveling since I can freshen up my clothes and remove the "airplane" smell and de wrinkle them.
